Returns and exchanges can be processed with a 10% restocking fee. A sales receipt/Invoice must be included. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must be unused, and all original tags must still be attached. It must also be in its original packaging.
Gift cards and Sale items are 'Final Sale” and are not eligible for returns.
Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the package.

What can I return?
You can return or exchange any item that is in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective within 30 days of purchase. Final clearance items are not refundable or exchangeable.
What if I want a refund but I used a gift card?
We make all refunds in the original form of payment. So, if you used a Montana West World’s gift card to make your purchase, you will receive a new gift card.
Do you accept international returns?
Currently we do not accept refunds or exchanges outside of the US.
Do you accept the returns from 3rd parties?
Sorry, Montana West does NOT accept returns from AMAZON, EBAY, SOCIAL MEDIA and GUNSHOW / FLEA MARKET purchases.
