Returns & Exchanges

At westernwears.com, we want every one of our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us by mail within 30 days for an exchange or refund in your original form of payment.

All merchandise must be salable and have the original tags and packaging.  Returns on used items will NOT be processed.

Please follow the easy steps below: Submit your return to support@westernwears.com along with order number. 

  1. Carefully repack your product and include the form in the box.
  2. Once we receive your package, our warehouse will check the item and then process the return or exchange.
  3. If the item is damaged or defective, please provide an image of the entire item and a detailed image of the damaged part.
  4. You can contact us by email support@westernwears.com if you have any questions or concerns.

Return packages must match shipping or billing address listed on invoice.  Please make sure to include a sheet of paper with instructions (Do you want to exchange or return the item for refund, etc.) and address your package to:

FAQs

What can I return?

You can return or exchange any item that is in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective within 30 days of purchase. Final clearance items are not refundable or exchangeable.

What if I want a refund but I used a gift card?

We make all refunds in the original form of payment. So, if you used a gift card to make your purchase, you will receive a new gift card.

Do you accept international returns?

Currently we do not accept refunds or exchanges outside of the US.
